- The California Department of Fish and Game ("CDFG") is executing a Lake and Streambed Alteration Agreement pursuant to Section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code for the removal of accumulated sediment in the engineered flood bypass control channels. The overall Project is limited to removing up to 4,000 cubic yards of accumulated sediment. Implementation of the proposed Project would affect two (2) bypass channels and associated riparian vegetation. The CDFG has determined the Project is subject to regulation pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1600 et seq.
