Document Description
On April 12, 2011, the District approved the Ninth Amendment to Joint Powers Exercise Agreement between the Ramona Municipal Water District and County of San Diego for Construction of Recreational Improvements at Ramona Wellfield Community Park (the "Ninth Amendment") and making Responsible Agency findings pursuant to the California Environmental Quality Act. The District's approval of the Ninth Amendment was undertaken to facilitate implementation of certain lighting improvements at the Ramona Community Park's existing pony baseball fields, which were fully analyzed in the MND dated July 12, 1994 (MND) and a subsequent Addendum to the MND dated January 8, 2007 (Addendum).
