The project is limited to the repair and replacement of existing storm drain facilities and the installation of new storm drain facilities. Six storm drain outfalls will be installed. Five will replace existing infrastructure and one will be new. Issuance of a Streambed Alteration Agreement Number 1600-2010-0338-R3 is pursuant to Fish and Game Code Section 1602.
