Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry (ROE) Permit to BACE Geotechnical to enter Sonoma Coast State Park to allow the staging of their equipment in a designated area of 100' long X 45' Wide in order to allow them to drill on a property adjacent to the State Park. The staging area will be left clean and restored to pre-drilling condition.
All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry will comply with all State and Federal environmental laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, DPR will advise BACE Geotechnical if any new historical resources (including archaeological sites), special status species, Threatened/Endangered Species, or other resource issues are identified within the area.
