Document Description
Renovate the existing kitchen facilities at Asilomar State Beach and Conference Grounds to comply with current Health and Safety codes and the Americans with Disability Act (ADA0 and meet requirements of the "California State Parks Accessibility Guidelines". Work will:
* Replace existing outdated, poor quality interior plumbing, mechanical and electrical lines, and flooring with compliant materials.
* Replace electrical transformer, refrigeration rack and exterior main plumbing lines and construct tow 12" walls on the exterior of the loading dock.
* Replace existing non-code compliant restrooms.

The replacement or reconstruction of existing structures or facilities where the new structure will be located ont he same site as the structure replaced and will have substantially the same purpose and capacity as the structure replaced, construction and location of limited numbers of new structures, and minor public alterations in the condition of land, and/or vegetat6ion which does not involve the removal of healthy, mature, scenic trees.
