Document Description
Issue a right-of-entry permit to the City of Santa Rosa and its subcontractors to allow access along 5300 linear feet of Channel Drive at Annadel State Park to relocate their trunk sewer line. The City of Santa Roas and its subcontractors will repair road related damage on Channel Drive upon completion of the project by removing severly cracked or rutted roadway areas and replacing with 3 inch thick layer of asphalt concrete (hereinafter referred to as dig-outs). Lightly cracked areas will be cracked sealed. Upon completion of the dig-outs and crack sealing on Channel Drive, from west of the controlled entry gate to the park boundary, a distance of approximately 2400 feet, the roadway will be fog sealed to upon completion of the project.
