The Project will excavate under Grapevine Creek for the purpose of inspecting and possibily repairing an anomalous condition discovered on the wall of an existing underground pipeline during an Internal Line Inspection. Federal law requires that the anomalous measuring approximately 15 feet long by 8 feet wide and approximately 6 feet deep must be made across (beneath) the bed of the creek.
