- This project consists of the repair of walls in the Machado y Stewart Adobe ca. 1934, a completely rehabilitated single story adobe home that is now used as a two room house museum. The project includes: The removal of non-compatible materials on the east wall, the preparation of wall with whitewash and the re-blocking of wall where necessary, the mud plastering of sections to match existing finish, the opening and inspection of the French drain at northwest corner and if necessary install a gate over it, the repair and replacement of raised step paver platforms on northeast wall, and the application of two to three coats boiled linseed oil mixed at 50/50 with thinner.
