Issuance of a Right-of-Entry Permit (ROE) for Golden State Water Company (GSWC) to enter Baldwin Hills Scenic Overlook for the purpose of performing geotechnical boring to inform slope stabilization efforts. Two 100' deep holes, 8" in diameter, need to be drilled adjacent to GSWC property, to accompany identical holes drilled on GSWC for a complete picture of the area's geologic profile.
