Document Description
Issuance of a Right-of-Entry Permit (ROE) for Southern California Edison Company (SCE) to enter Leo Carrillo State Park. The ROE is for the purpose of staging equipment for a DWP project.
Los Angeles Department of Water and Power would like to stage equipment on this newly-acquired State parcel. They are beginning a project nearby to update their aging water delivery system. This parcel has been heavily impacted by industry since the infancy of the City, and nothing native exists. It is graded flat, and plant and featureless.
