The original Agreement, SWPAO #11006, executed May 16, 2011, sets forth the terms and conditions for the delivery of up to 7,000 acre-feet of Santa Barbara County Flood Control and Water Conservation District’s (Santa Barbara) 2010 carryover water to Palmdale Water District (PWD) at O’Neill Forebay for conveyance to Kern County Water Agency (KCWA), in exchange for the return of an equal amount of PWD’s future approved State Water Project (SWP) Table A water to Santa Barbara by December 31, 2021. The Amendment to SWPAO #11006 extends the term from December 31, 2021 to December 31, 2024.

d. There will be no change in land use.
