Document Description
Construct a 12' addition for sanitary water testing onto the existing water treatment plant and pump house building at Malakoff Diggins State Historic Park to create a separate sanitary space to collect water samples. Work will excavate ~36'Lx12"Wx12"D for foundation construction; pour 6" slab for interior floor and construct an ~ 36'Lx5'Wx4"H sidewalks on two sides of the addition. No vegetation will be disturbed. Addition will meet Americans with Disabilities (ADA) requirements and current building codes.
