Document Description
Renovate the existing kitchen facilities at Asilomar State Beach and Conference Grounds to comply with current Health and Safety codes and the Americans with Disability Act (ADA) and meet requirements of the "California State Parks Accessibility Guidelines. Work will: - Replace existing outdated, poor quality interior plumbing, mechanical and electrical lines, and flooring with compliant materials. - Replace electrical transformer, refrigeration rack and exterior main plumbing lines and construct two 12' walls on the exterior of the loading dock. - Replace existing non-code compliant restrooms. - Upgrade conference room equipment storage areas to meet health code requirements. - Modify food serving counter with two larger openings. - Install additional electrical circuits to the Seascape/Woodlands and main Crocker Dining areas using existing conduit and outlets.
