Document Description
Department of Transportation will create a paved turnout 440 linear feet long on (SR) 3 ~11 miles north of Hayfork. The new turnout will be 16 ft. wide and will be established within an old borrow site. Excavation will be up to 1 feet. Parking, staging and material stockpiling will occur at the two established pull-outs with the project limits on the northbound side of the highway.
