- This project consists of the repair and maintenance of existing public structures and facilities involving no expansion of use beyond current levels; replacement or reconstruction of existing facilities; minor public alteration in the condition of land, water, and vegetation which do not involve the removal of healthy, mature, scenic, trees except for forestry purposes; work limited to the maintenance, repair, stabilization, or reconstruction of historic resources in a manner consistent with the Secretary of the Interior's Standards for the Treatment of Historic Properties with Guidelines for Preserving, Rehabilitating, Restoring, and Reconstructing Historic Buildings (1995), Weeks & Grimmer, and is included as "utility repairs and minor upgrades" in the Department of Parks & Recreation's list of exempt activities, in accordance with CCR section 15300.4.
