Document Description
Issue a Right of Entry Permit to home owners at 1367 Lawndale Road to remove three Douglas Fir and one Madrone tree along the boundary at Annadel State Park to decrease the treat of tree fall. The home owner will be responsible for bird surveys in the event the trees are removed during the period from March 1st through September 1st to ensure there are no nesting birds in the trees to be removed. All work conducted in association with the Right of Entry will comply with all State and Federal laws, including but not limited to the Endangered Species Act, California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), and Section 5024 of the Public Resources Code, DPR will advise home owner at 1367 Lawndale Road if any new historical resources (including archaeological sites), special status species, Threatened/Endangered Species, or other resources issues are identified within the area.
