Document Description
The project will consist of repairing the retaining wall and repairing the deck along the lakeside of the property. The retaining wall will be stabilized by the installation of a sloping rock wall on the lakeside of the sheet pile. The rock wall will be 305 linear feet and approximately 2,400 square feet in area. The removal of sand will be limited to what is necessary for stabilizing the bottom rock (approximately 68 cubic yards). Repairs to the deck within the shore-zone will include adding additional footings. This project is expected to take 21 working days.
