This CEQA exemption has been prepared for the update and expansion of the Santa Cruz Integrated Regional Water Management Plan (Plan). The purpose of the update is to ensure that the Plan is consistent with all the state's IRWM Plan Standards (Standards) and provides the technical content necessary to address the range of water resource challenges in the Santa Cruz region.
