Document Description
The project involves construction of the first phase of partial final closure of the Rock Creek Landfill pursuant to California Code of Regulations, Title 27. Phase 1 Partial Final Closure will cover approximately 10 acres of solid waste landfill and will include installation of a landfill gas recovery system. The final cover will be constructed to meet regulatory performance standards to minimize leachate and landfill gas migration. The closure surface will be sloped and vegetated to blend in with the surrounding landscape.
