The California Department of Fish and Wildlife (CDFW) has executed an amendment for Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0165-R6 (Revision 2), pursuant to section 1602 of the Fish and Game Code to the project Applicant, Palen Solar Holdings, LLC. The amendment for Streambed Alteration Agreement number 1600-2017-0165-R6 (Revision 2) will result in the revegetation of 12.5 acres of previous impacts to jurisdictional resources. In addition, the expiration will extended an additional 36 months to March 04, 2027
