- First Amendment to the countywide Siting Element (CSE) of the Solano County Countywide Integrated Waste Management Plan. The amendment: 1) projects disposal needs for wastes generated within the borders of Solano County for the next 15-year planning period of 2010-2025; updates technical information on the existing facilities, Recology Hay Road and Potrero Hills Landfill; 3) incorporates the approved expansion of Potrero Hills Landfill into the existing facility description; and 4) adds the existing Tonnessen Pet Cemetery waste disposal facility into the siting element. No new solid waste facilities are proposed.
