Document Description
The Application proposes to construct a ranch road to safely transport hay and horses to and from a horse barn on the Sabankaya Select equine breeding, sales, and training facility (Sabankaya Ranch). The project was initiated in 2002, but halted in 2003 pending the issuance of appropriate permits to authorize the placement of fill within jurisdictional wetlands. Upon receipt of the after-the-fact permits, the project would complete the construction of approximately 1,850 linear feet of primary ranch road, complete installation of one culvert in a secondary ranch road, and create a 4,645 acre onsite wetland mitigation area.
