Addendum to the PMP EIR to Relocate, consolidate, and remediate 23 inactive biosolids lagoons within the existing “legacy” inactive biosolids lagoons site, as part of the San Francisco Bay Regional Water Quality Control Board's Order Number R2-2019-0026 and in alignment with the South Bay Shoreline Project, on an approximately 168-acre site.
