Document Description
The project is located along Oakes Way in the community of Loma Rica and ½ mile west of the intersection of Oaks Creek Drive and Iowa City Road, in the lower foothills of Yuba County. The project site is located just outside the Loma Rica/Browns Valley Community Plan boundary, and is identified as Assessor's Parcel Number 003-007-003. The proposed project consists of a Tentative Parcel Map for a two-parcel subdivision on a 68.9 acre parcel (see Figure 2). Proposed parcels would be the following sizes: Parcel 1=53.1 acres; Parcel 2=15.7 acres. The Yuba County General Plan Land Use Designation for the site is Valley Agriculture and the property is located within the "A/RR-10" Agricultural/rural Residential; (10-acre minimum parcel size) zoning district.
