Document Description
Filing of Notice of Determination in compliance with Section 21152 of the Public Resources Code. Operational enhancements at the existing Recycle Transfer Station/Mt. Diablo Resource Recovery Park, which includes a Master Plan for the addition of 449,900 square feet of development for a total of 570,580 square feet. Development would be constructed in eight phases to be completed over a 20-year period. The intent of the project is to comply with both current and anticipated state and federal standards regulating the processing of waste material. The City adopted a Second Addendum for this project on September 20, 2021, and approved the final project component on October 4, 2021.
