Document Description
The project is a 3 lot subdivision of an 11.6 acre parcel at 1260 Westridge Drive in Portola Valley, San Mateo County, CA. The parcel currently contains an estate home. The applicant plans to sell the parcel, and the proposed subdivision is intended to provide a future owner with the option to subdivide the parcel and either sell the parcels or use the parcels to develop additional estate uses (guest house, stable, etc...). Per town regulation each lot is required to have some form of residential use on it.
