Document Description
The subjects of this Notice of Determination are the zoning actions associated with the development application for the Alexander Crossing Apartments Project. The zoning actions consist of a zoning ordinance amendment to rezone a portion of the Project site, approval and issuance of a Use Permit, and approval and issuance of a Design Permit. On June 26, 2012, the City of Napa City Council approved a General Plan amendment associated with the Project, and conducted the first reading of the zoning ordinance amendment for the Project. On July 10, 2012, the City Council conducted the second reading of the Zoning Ordinance amendment, and adopted a resolution approving and issuing the Use Permit and the Design Permit.
