Document Description
A development application to authorize the construction of a 134 unit apartment complex on a 6.44 acre site at 190 Silverado Trail. The development will consist of 11 residential buildings and a 3,860 sq. ft. community clubhouse. Four of the residential buildings will be three story walk ups with seven two story residential buildings. The apartments will be comprised of 40 one bedroom units, 74 two bedroom units and 20 three bedroom units served by a 264 on-site parking spaces. The proposed development will be providing a minimum of 20% affordable units and consistent with affordable housing provisions has requested approval of a concession to increase the maximum building height from 40 feet to 44' 6".
