Consideration of an Architectural Review, pursuant to County Streets and Hwy Code, a Use Permit, pursuant to Sections 6500 and 6512 of the County Zoning Regulations, a Coastal Development Permit, pursuant to Sections 6328 of the County Zoning Regulations, and certification of a Neg Dec, pursuant to CEQA, to allow a new telecommunications facility by adding six antennas at 198 feet height on an existing 199-foot high transmission tower. The site is located approximately south of Half Moon Bay, near Martins Beach, in unincorporated Half Moon Bay area of San Mateo County.
