This project is a Site Approval application to increase the size and number of on-site signs permitted on a multi-tenant parcel using Development Title Section 9-1710.4(j). The signs include one 920 sq. ft., 80-foot tall pole sign to be viewed from the freeway; one 189 sq. ft., 32-foot tall pole sign to be seen from Thornton Road; one 110 sq. ft., 22-foot tall certified scale sign; and wall signs that total 165 sq. ft. The project will also contain directional signs throughout the project.
