Document Description
The applicant is proposing the construction of ten condominiums on the subject property. The condominiums would include two floors of living space located over a basement garage, which would take access from Carlmont Drive. Each unit would have frontage along an interior courtyard in the middle of the property. Each unit would contain a dining room, living room, kitchen and bathroom on the ground floor and one or two bedrooms and a bathroom on the second floor. The basement garage would include two parking spaces for each of the units, a mailbox area, storage/utility room and a trash room.
