Document Description
The City of East Palo Alto has undertaken a program to develop the Ravenswood/4 Corners Transit Oriented Development Specific Plan and supporting EIR. In addition, the City's General Plan and Zoning Ordinance will be amended for consistency within the Specific Plan. The Specific Plan Area is generally bounded at the west by University Avenue; at the north by the Union Pacific rail line, where future passenger rail service is planned; at the east by the Ravenswood Open Space Preserve and Palo Alto Baylands along the San Francisco Bay; and at the south by Weeks Street.
