Document Description
The project includes the demolition of a vacant office building, a city storage building and a city building that is leased for classroom space to construct a four-story, 127 room Ayres hotel, 88 residential units and 2,272 sf of storage space for the Fountain Valley Police department. The hotel is proposed for 2.0 acres, totals 78,807 sf and includes a restaurant (breakfast only) swimming pool, Jacuzzi, 1,875 sf of conference facilities and 126 parking spaces. The remaining 6.3 acres is proposed for 88 residential units (61 townhomes and 27 single-family detached units) and 270 parking spaces (176 garages spaces/94 guest spaces. On-site recreational facilities include a swimming pool, restrooms, showers, and seating. A homeowners association will maintain the open space, landscaping, electronic access gate, block walls, and street within the townhome development.
