Document Description
The proposed project consists of a Tentative Tract Map application proposing to subdivide four lots totaling 32.85 acres into 15 residential lots. Lots will range in size from 1.31 - 2.80 acres. CC&R's as well as a HOA with an architectural control committee will also be formed. The project is located approximately 1,500 feet east of Santiago and Ynez Road. The project also includes a Zoning Map and General Plan Land Use Map Amendment application. The current zoning and General Plan designation is Very Low Residential. The proposed zoning and General Plan designation is L-1 (Low Density Residential). The site is currently vacant, yet disturbed by various off-road/hiking trails. Access to the project will be provided by John Warner Road near the intersection with Santiago Road will be reconstructed to repair storm damage and reconnect with Santiago Road.
