Document Description
Request by Nutmeg Investments Partnership for a Minor Use Permit / Coastal Development Permit to allow redevelopment of the subject property in two phases. The first phase includes demolition of three existing detached single family residences and redevelopment of the site into (2) 4-unit apartments (4-attached one bedroom units), totaling 8 units. The second phase includes (1) 4-unit apartment (4-attached one bedroom units) and (1) 3-unit apartment (3 attached one bedroom units), totaling 7 units. Phase II will not occur until a community-wide wastewater system is available. The project will result in 15 total units for both phases. Each unit is approximately 892 sq. ft. in size, two-story and includes a single car garage. The project will result in the disturbance of approximately 35,000 sq. ft. on a 1.04 acre parcel. The proposed project is within the Residential Multi-family land use category and is located at 1990 Mountain View Drive in of community of Los Osos. The site is in the Estero planning area.
