The proposed project - is a 57-unit rental new construction project named Sullivan Terrace Apartments located on a 4 acres parcel a.k.a. APN 021-104-006 is intended to achieve the following primary objectives:
- Development of 16 senior one bedroom units, 24 two-bedroom units, and 17 three bedroom units targeting senior citizens and families earning up to 55% of the area median income for Merced County.
- To achieve a residential density of 14 units per acre.
- The buildings will be oriented appropriately throughout the site with the intent to create a community concept oriented around tot lot, clubhouse, pool area and senior garden reflection areas within the senior component.
