Document Description
Construction of an earth bottom trapezoidal channel and a quadruple 4'x8' concrete headwalls, wingwalls, aprons, and cut-off walls. Installation of grouted rock slope protection on channel slopes upstream and downstream of the culvert. Off site catch basins to direct surface flow into the channel. Road alignment, grade change and paving at the intersection of El Centro Road and Escondido Avenue. Additional road improvements include shoulder work on El Centro Road from Coyote Trail Road to Escondido Avenue.
