Document Description
The project consists of sediment removal by the Orange County Flood Control District from three sites within Borrego Canyon Channel, which is an Orange County Flood Control District flood control facility. The initial removal of sediment would restore the sites to the slow of capacity for which they were originally constructed, and the removal of sediment would periodically reoccur to maintain the flow capacity. The recurring removal of sediment (total of 4,500 cubic yards) over a period of 5 years is analyzed in this CEQA document.
