The Project consists of a Coastal Planned DevelopmentPermit for the construction of a new 11,932 square foot (sf) single-family dwelling with an attached 1,158 sf four-car garage located on a 2.19-acre property addressed as 11865 Ellice,Street. The project includes a 90-foot x 15-foot swimming pool and spa, a 1,006 sf covered patio and a 571 sf covered entry. Site preparation/rough grading for the property was previously approved through Coastal Development Permit LU 10-007 4.
Fine grading is proposed to prepare the pad for the proposed development. Given the
developed nature of the site no native vegetation or protected trees will be impacted.
Water is provided by the Yerba Buena Water Company and wastewater discharge will
be handled by a new onsite wastewater treatment system.
