Document Description
Project consists of a Tentative Tract map (08TRM-00000-00003/TM 14,749) to subdivide six existing lots into 11 new lots. Residential development envelopes have been designated on each proposed lot (with the exception of proposed Lots 5 and 8 which are currently developed with residential structures). Development envelopes range from 1.00 acre to 6.19 acres in size. The envelopes consist entirely or almost entirely of slopes less than 20%. Some of the envelopes have oak trees but all of the Oaks can and shall be preserved and protected during future.
