Demolition and reconstruction of an existing Taco Bell fast food restaurant. The 2,248 s.f. existing building will be demolished and a new 2,733 s.f. building will be constructed. The existing two parking lots will be combined into one parking lot on the north side of the property. The new building will be located on the south side of the lot and the drive through aisle will follow the western and southern perimeter of the building.
