Two projects are proposed: a conditional use permit for a new 57-unit affordable apartment complex located on a 4.3 acre vacant site owned by King City Development LP, and an amendment to the C-N zone district to allow mixed commercial and residential uses. The zone amendment includes six parcels for a total of 7.91 acres. The use permit includes 24 one-bedroom senior citizen units, 16 three-bedroom units, 16 two-bedroom units and a community building with a 3-bedroom managers unit.
