Document Description
A CUP for a new 57-unit affordable apartment complex located on a 4.3-acre vacant site owned by King City Development LP, and an amendment to the C-N zone district to allow mixed commercial and residential uses. The Proposed amendment to the C-N zone would allow commercial and residential uses, consistent with the City's general plan, in an area of the City where transportation, water, sewer and storm drainage infrastructure exists. The Project includes a CUP and architectural review permit for an affordable apartment complex, which would provide low-income housing for senior citizens and families. It provides 24 one-bedroom units for senior housing, and 16 two-bedroom units and 16 three-bedroom units for families.
