Document Description
The proposed project involves development of a solar facility capable of generating up to 4 megawatts of electricity under peak solar conditions and would consist of : 1) solar photovoltaic (PV) panels, 2) mounting structures, 3) power conditioners, 4) site access, and 5) perimeter fencing and security lighting. Electrical connections would be provided from the equipment buildings to the main switchgear facilities of the Mira Loma Detention Center and the CMYC, through Off-site Areas extending from the northwestern boundaries of the site to the Mira Loma Detention Center and from the eastern boundary of the site to the CMYC (along the southern boundary of the CMYC).
