Document Description
Note: Review Per Lead
On U.S. 101 in San Luis Obispo County, from post mile 36 just north of the Cuesta Grade Overhead to post mile 37.5 just south of the U.S. 101 and SR 58 junction, the Caltrans proposes to construct a concrete median barrier, remove the existing metal-beam guardrail and temporary railing (Type K), and replace the sand-filled barrel array at post mile 36 with an approved crash-cushion system. The proposed project would also extend the existing southbound left-turn lane and add northbound and southbound acceleration lanes at the intersection of Tassajara Creek Road and U.S. 101.
