NOTE: MND/EA; Extended Review Per Lead EMWD intends to construct and operate a 5.0 million gallon recycled water storage tank near the community of Winchester. A 24-inch diameter pipeline would connect the tank to EMWD's existing 36-inch diameter recycled water line in Simpson Road. The storage tank would be constructed on APN: 461-130-012. EMWD would also need to acquire easements on APNs: 461-130-011 and 003 to allow construction of the recycled water pipeline.
