Document Description
Approval of a Tentative Parcel Map in compliance with County Code Chapter 21 in the AG-II-40 zone district under the Land Use and Development Code, to subdivide a parcel of 158.33 acres gross and net into two parcels of 118.33 acres gross/net and 40 acres gross/net. Proposed Parcel 1 would contain an existing 920 square feet farm employee mobile home and existing equipment yard containing a 1,500 sq. ft. tractor barn, a 1,900 sq. ft. tractor barn, a 108 sq. ft. shed, a 700 sq. ft. shop, and two 36 sq. ft. sheds within the existing fenced equipment yard. These areas total approximately 2.71 acres. The balance of proposed Parcel 1 is cultivated in row crops. Proposed Parcel 2 is undeveloped and currently cultivated with row crops. Access would remain unchanged from Betteravia and Simas Roads. Sanitary services for proposed Parcel 1 would be continue to be provided by an existing septic system, and any future development on proposed Parcel 2 would require a new septic system to serve the parcel. No grading, tree or vegetation removal is proposed as part of this project. Water services would continue to be provided by an existing onsite private water well.
