Document Description
The proposed project consists of the development of a 191,150-square-foot shopping center (Foxglove Shopping Center) on the project site. The shopping center would be anchored by a 24-hour grocery store and feature a 24-hour pharmacy, as well as smaller retail and restaurant uses. No specific tenants have been identified at the time of this writing. The center would be accessible from three vehicular access points: the existing signalized intersection of N. Schnoor Avenue / Foxglove Way and tow new right-in, right-out points on N. Schnoor Avenue.
