Coastal Development Permit and Mello Act Compliance Review to allow the construction of a new 2-story, 12,852 sq. ft. single-family dwelling with a 1,977 sq. ft. basement, 3,285 sq. ft. attached garage, and a 2-story, 3,099 sq. ft. accessory living quarters with a 1,285 sq. ft. basement on a vacant 83,617 sq. ft. parcel in the RE40-1-H Zone. As proposed, the project will also require the approval of a Haul Route for the export of approximately 4,000 cubic yards of earth.
