The applicant is requesting a General Plan Amendment to change the land use designation of the property from R-MF, PD and OS-RP to Specific Plan (SP); a Zone Change to change the Planned Development (PD), Residential Multi-family (RM), and a portion of the Open Space - Development Restricted (OS-DR) to Specific Plan (SP); a Specific Plan creating the development standards and design guidelines for the property; a Development Plan, Conditional Use Permit, and Scenic Corridor Permit to develop a 21,400 square foot shopping center, 158 residential units, including 8 affordable units, and neighborhood recreational facilities; a Vesting Tentative Tract Map to subdivide 2 parcels into 77 parcels; and an Oak Tree Permit to remove 37 oak trees.
